It was clean & the effort is there to make it nice but with poor water pressure, and tired building it needs some TLC.
Putting a lone female at the door closest to stairs aswell isn’t ideal. Very jumpy at every sound.
Windows were banging. I put a wedge in there to stop it so I could sleep.
Phone in room didn’t work.
The spa shuts at 6pm! Not ideal for business travellers .

Hotel overall was nice with kind, friendly staff. The main areas were well kept.
However I can see why it is only 3 star as the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade.
The shower wasn't amazing and the hot tap in my bathroom was missing part of it.
For the price though it was an overall comfortable stay and I would visit again. Hopefully the hotel spa will be open then instead of having to use the neighbouring one- it was closed the weekend of my stay

I felt paying for 2 nights hotel car park at £12 X2 is disgusting when you have paid to stay at the ocean view hotel and no spa or swimming pool available either I will not be recommending this hotel

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel .
Zi.Nr5 ist ein Handycap Zi. Badezimmer dementsprechend eingerichtet. Leider ist das Waschbecken für Nicht Handycap Menschen zu tief ( Kniehöhe). Toilettendeckel rechts angebrochen, WC Spülung mußte mehrfach betätigt werden damit es funktioniert.
Am Haltegriff WC fehlen Schrauben und ist nicht sauber.
Möbel zusammen gewürfelt - man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Heizung lief die ganze Zeit auf Höchstleistung- Fenster war deshalb ständig auf.
TV Gerät ließ sich nur direkt am Gerät bedienen Fernbedienung ging nicht.
Positiv: gute Lage des Hotels, größe des Zimmer war gut , Wasserkocher mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Tee sowie Kaffee.

Poor ventilation and a very hot night with no air con. Would never return to this hotel again. Shower was broken. And scolded my partner so no bathroom facilities. complained by email for refund but never got any where just ignored.

Uncomfortable night
Like the late check in service. Our room was extremely hot. The heat hot you as you opened the door to enter. This is obviously an existing issue as a fan was already on but did nothing. We had to sleep without a duvet and was still too hot to sleep.
Our sink was dirty with tea stains and there was no milk provided to have a tea or coffee. Rest of the room was pleasant and tidy with a lovely view.

Good location but rooms were tatty. Room was cramped, bath was badly pitted with grim sealant around the overflow. The phone was found in a wardrobe as there was no room beside the bed. Sticky backed plastic had been used to cover the furniture but was split and peeling. Asked to be moved to a better room but the overall condition of the new room was only marginally better.

Horrible sullen staff, room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Double charged my Brother, also staying.
Stood at the bar for 30 minutes only to be served by a nasty, angry, incompetent person. Let’s not forget the thin postage stamp sized towels, and so much more.Don’t waste your money.

Love the location and view from the room. Mr.Yasir was very nice and polite. Walkable distance to shopping and beach. Room was clean and spacious.

Property dated in areas, decor tired in bedroom
May not be suitable for all location wise as about 5-10 minute walk to find local shops and although beach only about 10 minutes walk you have to go down cliff paths which have a few steps and quite steep on way up
Out door pool very cold but do have use of next door hotel in door pool which was heated (although this is also dated and not the cleanest)

Toilet facility flushing and water temperature regulator did not work in our bedroom.Coffee brand awful for the the price.Room service for breakfast a botheration.Was disappointed by the hotel quality overall.Not highly recommended.

Rip off parking
Nothing wrong with the hotel staff were pleasant food was good the barman was friendly. why I gave a poor review was I parked in there car park thinking it was free only to be given a £12 parking charge. Free parking is only if you book directly with the hotel . You should take them off your site I will defiantly not stay there again!!!!

I liked the breakfast and staff were polite. Rooms were spacious.
I did not like the fact that the facilities in the rooms even though clean looked dented. Very old, sink and bath tub stained, bathroom door handle very loose i nearly got stuck inside. Outside the window is quite dirty with all sorts. The pool within the hotel has onlyncold water.
