Unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and creaked at movement it was worst nights sleep ever !

Welcomed really well. Clean, friendly, room was great. Quiet, breakfast was good. Will definitely come again. We have staying in lots of hotels and this one was great in wvery area even better than higher standard hotels that cost a lot more

Good sized, clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location for shops etc but not much of an outside area.

Lovely crisp clean room, staff excellent. “Free” breakfast plentiful but every expense spared on quality. Overall would recommend as it was not expensive.

The only downside to this location was it was at top of a steep hill, other than that it was wonderful

Always a great stay
This is the second time we have stayed at Hampton By Hilton Bournemouth and it is definitely a great place to stay when visiting Bournemouth. The hotel is well kept, clean and the rooms are beautifully clean and well-equipped. The only thing we don't like is the shared car park which when busy is extremely difficult to park in as some of the spaces are far too small and positioned next to pillars but at £15 for 24 hrs is good value and secure if you can get your car in!

Lovely stay.
Excellent two night stay at the Hampton. Easy check in and friendly receptionist. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great choice and variety for breakfast. Will be sure to stay here again.

Just the heating system/ aircon was playing up. They offered help or be moving to another room but chosen to stay in our cozy bedroom. In total, very nice staff.😊

Great Hotel!!!
Perfect location to move in any direction of the city. Very good bedroom and shiny bathroom. Team super friendly and kind. Good breakfast with some vegan options.

Two nights (to see a xcelled band at the BIC!)
Couple of nights to see a band at the BIC (it's a good location for the BIC, if not a bit of a schlep up the hill, good for the legs though) Hotel, all good. Parked on site £15.night. Room comfortable. Breakfast very acceptable. Good rooftop bar in the Hilton next door. Stayed in several places to see bands in Bounemouth and would return here.

Not really worth the money, but clean...
Visited on a Friday night, the location was great, room clean and comfortable. My biggest problem is the cost vs. what you get. On the night I stayed the TVs across the hotel were not working, when raising this to hotel staff they couldn't be less bothered, "yes that is a problem across the hotel right now" and what? I paid extra for the room with a view. My advice is don't! Our view was of the carpark, with a slight view of the sea, but only if you stood right up to the window and turned to see the clipping of view. Really not worth the extra money. Further to this the parking is available to both hotel guests and members of the public, what confused me was that I'm not sure if there was a difference in price between what guests paid and the public price. Finally the shower was an interesting design that lacked the power that I'm used to from some cheaper hotel chains. All in all, with the lack of a view, rude front desk, strangely weak shower, no TV this room should have cost much less and I even feel with the TV not working we should have received at least 1/3rd of the room cost back. My recommendation... Try a Travelodge or Premier Inn instead. At least it was clean...

The public car park is a maximum stay of 4 hours, whilst the hotel has negotiated a discounted resident 24 hour rate. Thank you for choosing Hampton for your time in Bournemouth.

We only have a Gym at Hampton by Hilton, the Hilton Bournemouth has a pool for their residents in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and really welcoming. The two members of staff who were on breakfast duty each morning, went above and beyond for everyone, big shout out to them! 😊 The room was perfect for our little stay. The only criticism I would have is lack of hanging space for wet towels (one hook for three adults) and also our wet coats! A few extra hooks would be really handy! But apart from that, we had a fabulous stay, thank you! Definitely would return again 😊

It was absolutely fine, breakfast better than comparable hotels, lots of choice and tasted good. Room was ok, bit tight for 3 people. Shower was ok, but could have been cleaned a bit better. Old sticky tape on wall, looked a bit grim. Staff was very pleasant and polite.

Bournemouth Uni Stay

Great stay
Great stay, really good location. Fantastic breakfast, quiet rooms, couldn't hear other guests at all. Polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and hotel. Would definitely stay again.
