"Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! "

"Had several options to choose from close to the Hynes Convention Center, and the price point was ideal. Great room, clean if not a bit sparse on amenities (no cups). Comfy. Love the tech to control the lights and environment via iPad touch. "

"Love the area. Walking to everything .
The blue ribbon sushi is stellar and the new corner restaurant attached to the hotel as well and has good food and vibe.
(7-11 next door can be deterrent for some)
I would recommend to refresh couple of elevators .
Nice gym.
For buz travelers I would ask for earlier coffee in the lobby.
Or put Nespresso or Illy coffee machines "

"Our stay at Charlesgate Suites was lovely. The whole building was extremely clean and our room had all the basic necessities. The little espresso machine and pods were a nice surprise.
It's about a 4 min walk to the green line station entrance, maybe 10 min to Fenway and 15 min to Newbury St.
The street itself is beautiful, very "Boston" with all the multistory brownstones.
I do wish there was a closer convenience store where you could get bottled waters and things. This is no fault of...

"The place way amazing! We went there to stay when we say the Red Sox win angst the A’s! Such an amazing hotel and the staff were wonderful especially the valet attendant on the day shift of the 18th he was so helpful with telling us how to get a pedicab and making sure we had one and it was safe! The room was beautiful and so quiet! Thank you for such an amazing time. We have never really stayed at Marriott hotels before but we definitely will start now!! Thank you again for such a lovely time!...
