"It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful, warm welcoming and a good guide. Great, peacefully place to stay just outside of the main city but an easy 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line/Underground tube stations with easy access to shopping."

To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. Fortunately, it was a real place, in the location I needed, and turned out to be very clean and comfortable."
