"Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special. Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

"I came here for a relaxing long weekend and was not disappointed. It was my second stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious. The hotel was nice and quiet and there was lots of space around the pool. "

"Never visited the bar, or the restaurant, but our stay was outstanding. Beautiful pool, and kiddy pool, grounds were well kept, but there would be alot available to a family. Grocery store near by, and mall 1/4 mile south. I would absolutely stay here again."

The room ( first floor facing the street) was extremely clean with a comfortable bed, good shower room and very useful, well-equipped kitchen area. Unfortunately, our room was directly opposite to a very bright street light which was on all night and lit up the room despite there being blackout curtains so we didn’t sleep soundly although it wasn’t actually noisy overnight. "The hotel is very attractive, inviting and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive towards us. The breakfast buffet was superb and the restaurant for evening meals was excellent. Food came out in a timely manner, it was presented beautifully and best of all, it tasted great. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed. "Beautiful hotel for the price … large supermarket 2 minutes away was handy with refrigerator in room. 3 minutes to riverwalk, with shops, restaurants & beach ferry. TV’s are a little small for the size of the room and digital reception was poor. Stayed 6 nights and would stay again."

"Exactly what we expected for a 2 star hotel. Location was very good. Breakfast was average. Our main complaint related to our room not being cleaned. We were given several excuses none of which were accurate. They did apologize but I would have thought they could have gone further like offer a free breakfast?"
