"We stayed in 2 rooms. One was in very good condition, the other was slightly run down. Both were clean. The staff members were helpful and polite. Breakfast was more than we expected. Amenities were great - both in terms of appliances and toiletries."

"The location is unmatched. Right on the bay, the views were spectacular. The problem comes with the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Our room was ready when we arrived by they forced us to wait until the dot of check-in time to access it. When we went inside our room, it was obvious the room had been sitting dormant for a while. Two wine glasses were sitting on the floor by a table with caked-on dried wine. On walks around the property, it was obvious some amenity locations were in need of refurbishment but they weren't high-use places so it didn't seem like the staff cared. Overall, you can't beat the location. At one time it was probably the crown jewel of Boothbay but they also appear to be resting on their laurels a bit. I would probably return, but with a bit lower expectations. You're booking it for the views and location."

"Jersey, who checked us in, was an absolute hoot! Being in the hospitality industry myself, I really appreciated how warm and personable the experience was from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and absolutely adorable. We instantly felt at home. Jersey also helped us make dinner reservations that evening, and having a local recommendation made the experience even better. It's those thoughtful touches that really set this inn apart. The entire B&B had the welcoming feel of staying with family. There were complimentary drinks and snacks available in the refrigerator whenever we wanted them, and the fresh pastries in the morning were such a treat. Sitting outside the inn with coffee, enjoying breakfast while watching the water, was the perfect way to start the day. We loved every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return."

"We loved our stay at the Admirals Quarters Inn! From our enthusiastic greeting and property tour to our check-out, our host Jersey was always available, friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The property itself was well-maintained and offered plenty of places to sit and look over the harbor. Access to the full kitchen for breakfast was an added bonus, as were all of the pastries, fruit, snacks and the stocked refrigerator. I was pleased to even find an outdoor ice machine. Nightly bonfires were a nice touch and a great way to meet other guests. A dinner reservation was made for us at Thistle (walking distance) and it did not disappoint. The Inn had ample parking, and we were encouraged to leave our car for the day after checking out so we could walk around town. We were walking distance to many shops, restaurants and tours. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return."
