"We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again."

"I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

"Staff upon entering was so helpful and kind. We got in quite late and they were very accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was great, only thing we would have wanted was bananas due to a long road trip and cramped legs. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!"

"Personnel très gentil"

"To me, their advertising is misleading. I requested a queen size bed. I got a standard size bed. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He told me that all their beds come from their warehouse. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping because the bed was small. We have a queen size bed at home so I know the difference. Other than that it was a good experience"

"Marilyn made the checkin and checkout so easy. It was a pleasure and we would stay again. Our space had everything needed and was cute and clean. Easy parking and convenient location!"

"Beautiful stay. Regency Room food was great!"

"We enjoyed the heated pool!"

"La disponibilité pour accommoder les voyageurs qui partent avec le petit déjeuner"

"Clean and very helpful staff"

"They had an issue with their listing on Expedia. I had screenshot and everything. Expedia wouldn't refund me, because the hotel wouldn't. Unacceptable, when I had screenshot of the issue. Very unprofessional. Front desk employee was not helpful at all and very condescending. No help whatsoever. They are only after your money. I should dispute the charge. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party. Will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay,...

"Staff was brilliant, very helpful and professional. Our let down was with the pool, the water was really dirty looking, couldn't see the bottom of the pool at all which was so off putting. The bathroom of the room we had also needed replacing, the seal around the shower room was quite dirty looking due to wear and tear. The breakfast was lovely, it was replenished regularly while we ate."

"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."

"Situation parfaite Bel amenagement exterieur Chambres avec cuisinette avec beaucoup d'espace"

"Staff was exceptional; room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke which I reported to management to ensure I wasn’t blamed. The food was excellent!"

"While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family. They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance."
