Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice."

"I cannot express enough what a wonderful boutique hotel this is. I’ve stayed in Boise many times and this by far is my favorite. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were so nice and clean and The accommodations were awesome. The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. be staying here again."

"No breakfast, no clarity on hotel amenities or rules, etc. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and room was quite dirty. Toilet made awful noise when flushed and back part of toilet was lifted when we arrived. Some sort of disgusting looking red splatter on ceiling, and heater system seemed somewhat faulty. Worst stay at a Boise hotel I’ve ever had."

"My suite had a dishwasher, so it had glass/ceramic/stainless dishes/utensils. There were great motion sensor nightlights in the suite. Very good blackout curtains. Great parking. Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Comfortable variety of breakfast seating."

"The team at The Sparrow couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Jodi and her son gave fantastic recommendations for where to visit/eat/drink, were responsive via text, and helped us figure out how to best unload a carful of stuff into our room! The lobby is really well appointed (check out Bananagrams at the game table upstairs!) while the coffee shop is fantastic (the almond/lemon drink was phenomenal). The room was comfortable and spacious, and overall we had a great time. Thank you, Jodi!"
