"This was my first time staying at a Hilton. I only stayed for one night so I didn’t have time to use or see much of the hotel. The few things I did use and can honestly comment on are: The parking area was clean and kept nicely. The check-in was quick and uneventful. My room was clean and didn’t have any strange smells. It was quiet, except when the airplanes came over the hotel to land at the airport. Something else that was noisy was the ironing board! What a squeaky thing that was putting it up and taking it down, plus the cover tie was broken so it was hard to turn my shirt during ironing without the cover bunching up. The bed was “okay”, but I’ve slept on comfier hotel beds. My husband complained that there was not enough regular coffee pouches in the room. There were 4 pouches of decaf but only two regular. He loves his morning coffee, lol! I should have checked the supply the night before. I know you can get more if you ask. The breakfast was very good, and had a lot of food options that would suit just about anyone’s needs. Check out was easy. My receipt was emailed to me and there was a bin on the service counter for the keys."

"A great spot to check out the vibe of Boise. The hotel did feel slightly worn, but music every night, families, dogs well spread breakfast buffet, all right on the Greenbelt. A happening spot made it all worth it."

"Only 1 towel for a room with a king bed. Shower sinking in so soap bar wouldn’t even stay in build in space for soap, air conditioning okay. Was double charged the pending hold charge which front desk stated they knew was an issue"

"Will stay there whenever I’m traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, bring your own pillow if you’re fussy about pillows. Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice."

"No breakfast, no clarity on hotel amenities or rules, etc. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and room was quite dirty. Toilet made awful noise when flushed and back part of toilet was lifted when we arrived. Some sort of disgusting looking red splatter on ceiling, and heater system seemed somewhat faulty. Worst stay at a Boise hotel I’ve ever had."

"The room was dirty, the carpet in the hallways were disgustingly filthy. The smokers area is directly in front of the lobby. Doors so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the building to book your room. The pool was out of order. The breakfast was dry, cereal, dry bagels or waffles. That's all your choices. That was it The faucet in the bathroom was leaking around the handle horribly. When turned on the fostered in the bathroom leaked under the sink when turned on because it was leaking around the handle, the toilet seat was broken.The toilet was a round front.Non eighty eight compliant for public use.The toilet itself was loose at the floor the bathtub was disgusting.I wouldn't even try it.There was a large burn mark the shape of an iron right in the middle of the floor of the room.I was in the staircase.The carpet was so greasy and had never been cleaned to the point where it was shiny and slick going up the stairs.This hotel was disgusting and gross"
