"Upon getting to the room after checking-in at a separate building, we found no coffee-maker in the room, the refrigerator was unplugged with water in the freezer, the safe was locked, the beach towels were missing, the phone unit didn’t work…dialing the front desk from the cell phone took us to the voice mail. Had to walk to the front desk several times for resolution. The staff member at the front desk during the check-in was nice and friendly though. To check-out early in the morning the next day, nobody was at the front desk without notices left on the counter; although, we were told about its 24-h operation. Only when getting out of the door, already wasted time trying to figure out what to do, I saw a piece of paper on the glass door with hand-written message, which is easily lost and not noticeable with being dark outside. Why not to leave that notice on the counter?! Or type it in bigger thicker letters, use brighter colors if putting something on the glass door. It was the most stressful check-out, especially when not being experienced with the rental car return center at MIA and ETA at that area. Hope the listed concerns can be addressed in a timely manner for the next customers have time to relax & enjoy their stay. Thank you."

"Front desk staff gave me a hard time when I asked them to speak to our “neighbor” talking loudly and chain smoking outside our door from 10pm-1am keeping us up and we had to be up early. Basically felt like I was being called a liar and the people smoking weren’t smoking in the designated area. Wall was filthy - looked like someone like liquid chocolate was spilled down the wall and not cleaned up. "

"This place was recently renovated and provided a comfortable space to explore Key Largo. Always something to watch on the canal and usually a musician to listen to across the canal at night. Listen on your very nice balcony. Bed was comfortable and space was roomy. We enjoyed the set up. Would definitely stay again!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The free kayaks we took out at sunset. The complimentary fresh baked scones and coffee each morning. The rooms were impeccably clean and they offered fresh towels daily. The grounds were lush and absolutely beautiful. The owners were so kind and we fell in love with Charlie, the golden retriever that loved his ear scratches. The location to area Hotspots was great! Only about an hour from Miami, Marathon keys and the 7 mile bridge. We rented a car, so getting around was a breeze. Overall the place was a MUST STAY! Clean, friendly, great location and some of the most stunning sunsets you'll ever see. We consider ourselves blessed to have had the experience we had at The Bay"

"Parking next to the cottages. Clean rooms with daily towel replacement and trash pickup. Our room had a microwave and small refrigerator. Very well maintained property. A homey atmosphere. We would choose this again."

"El lugar tiene cabañas muy limpias y acogedoras , la playa no es de arena, es más para hacer kayak , no hay tan desayuno incluido , solo te y panque , pensé q habría leche, huevos , nada. , cerca pude desayunar en Viky un lugar q abrieron nuevo Sugiero q tengan mejor opción de desayuno y que tengan alguna máquina dispensadora donde comprar refrescos y agua Lindos atardeceres !!!"
