"We loved this hotel and location. The only issue was that we could not get into either of the restaurants attached to the hotel either of the nights we were there - be sure to book food reservations in advance, as there aren’t many other great options nearby."

"Great central location for exploring cork and accessing bus/train services to visiting other places. Rooms clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Beds ok. Sheets too small (don’t tuck in at top or bottom of bed, so crease up a lot as you move through the night). Beds not the comfiest for me. Breakfast ok - usual options, but lacks variety. Plenty of other options nearby. Overall though, this hotel met our needs really well,"

"The parking lot was extremely difficult to get in and out of. Also the elevator at the parking lot was not working, best not to have a car if you stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good quality but exactly the same every day. Gisele at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel. We stayed 6 nights so we were very happy that there was a laundry room. The one way narrow street in front of the hotel makes checking in & out very uncomfortable. But the...

"location is great just a 5 minute walk away from the city centre it was busy when we stayed so im assuming thats why the staff there were at times rude and unhelpful i have stayed here many a time and have never experienced this before so its a shame"
