"This hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and professional… And completely helpful. Jesus provided lots of useful information for us so we had a good time at the local places. The hotel is conveniently located, the only bad part is they don’t have parking, but they do have a parking lot next to the train station that’s close by. The building itself is fantastic… And the highlight was Sophie, which is the restaurant at the top of the hotel. It provides an amazing view. And our server David...

"The only complaint I would have is the parking situation! We were told the hotel had an agreement with a parking garage nearby that gave a discount on guest parking. The garage was an 8 minute walk away, which isn’t too bad, but inconvenient if you forgot something in your car. The morning my family and I left for the airport at 4am, the garage was coned off everywhere with no one working. To avoid being late for our flight, my husband moved all of the cones but then the arm wouldn’t lift to let...

"The layout of the hotel is very weird. We had dinner there and whilst the steak was good everything else wasn’t. I sent the chunky chips back as they were cold and they looked reheated. The replacement chips were hot but they were also reheats. Everything was frozen and not worth the prices charged. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all I felt it was definitely not worth the price I was charged"
