"Excellent hotel with lots of facilities. The 2 pools, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were excellent. Overall fantastic stay, barring my neighbour with his/her TV on quite loud until 1am. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, although no fried or poached eggs. Great stay overall."

"Very personable couple. We got upgraded to the penthouse which was a really nice room with the biggest TV i've seen in any accommodation i've booked thus far. Nice little extras in the room too, such as little chocolates/biscuits, toilet roll being pressed, and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to blackpool in the future."

"EV drivers: don’t make the mistake I did and choose this hotel over nicer alternatives because it advertises EV charging. The hotel itself is dated and shabby. Our tiny, oddly shaped room had clearly been subdivided at some point. The bathroom looked nothing like the modern ones pictured online: mouldy grouting, rust-coloured staining, tired shower curtain and an extremely narrow bath. At 6ft, I had to shower sideways to avoid touching both the cold tiles and clingy curtain. My mother has...

"The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine."
