"Very friendly"

"We had a brilliant two nights. Room was clean and spotless. To be sincere and truthful, maybe a little paint touching up, a bit of wallpaper coming away from wall, but did not spoil our stay. Its not the Hilton, but service was better. Comfortable bed, loads of toiletries, teat, coffee, biscuits, etc. Yvonne & her son made us very very welcome and we will be back."

"Nice and warm room for the night, a little small but that was for the cheapest room so only to be expected. And I'm a giant, if you're normal sized you'll be fine :-) Always nice to visit a proper hotel with reception, bar / restaurant staff etc rather than some converted terrace. Top brekky too."

"Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . Will definitely return "
