"Wheelchair accessible room we stayed in had two queen beds but the one bed was too close to the window to fit my 24” wide wheelchair. Then the two beds were set so close together that again, my wheelchair couldn’t fit between. So I could only choose on side of one bed. Why not add a single bed so the wheelchair user can access any side of the bed. Would also provide more general floor space."

"I had a really great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Surrey. The room was brand new, super clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. "We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos. There were not enough towels, pillows nor blankets for our group. Thankfully, we packed a cooler with snacks since the kitchen is not equipped for meal prep. Perhaps worst...

"The room was really nice. Clean. Nice size bathroom with plenty of lighting. The only drawback to the room was that the TV sat on top of the dresser, which was at an angle and distance making it difficult to see and hear, unless one turns up the volume. Parking was great. I stayed in a lot of hotels, and this was the first I can remember that had ample size stalls. Plent of room."
