"Room was clean. Rooms do lack microwave and blow dryer. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold even on coldest setting. But would definitely stay there again. Wasn’t aware of resort fees until checking out. I had paid in full for hotel in hotels.com but when checking out the lady said there will be a 17.00 resort fee. Why not charge it when booking?"

"I got a good deal on a luxury room. It’s a little humid and the casino area smells of smoke but that is to be expected. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Staff were helpful and didn’t give us a hard time. Would recommend."

"Great staff. Great location if ur heading to see fam or do business in Bossier. It’s my hometown, this is where I stay, can’t say enough good things about the staff, consistent delivery."

"The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."

"There was some sort of leftover food on the sink handle and inside the drain. The washcloths were also filthy. There was music playing so loud it sounded like it was inside of my room until 4am. I tried calling the front desk but nobody would answer. I took photos to document."

"I was so disappointed with my stay, I invited my friend to stay as well and she arrived before I did and she said a lady staff was rude to her and made her pay a fee that should have been addressed to me to pay, the room smelled really old and mildewed, the shower was backed up, the tub had a black ring around inside of it. Nothing was complimentary. I expected it to be so much nicer and the rooms should be priced way cheaper because the stat is definitely not worth a $100+ a night. "
