Staff were first class, pleasant, polite and offered wonderful service nothing was to much trouble. Food was also very good both at breakfast and lunch. Secure parking at the rear, rooms cleaned daily. Unfortunately the heating and hot water was playing up due to a boiler fault but heaters were provided in the room.

The lady who works there is lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great so sad to experience a limited menu rather than the full menu although understanding as this was due to the Christmas period. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I Loved the little toiletries they all smelt lovely. Tbank you

Great hotel
We stayed here to go to a gig at The Halls which is less than 10 minutes walk away. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast too. Will use again

Really nice hotel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast. 15 minute walk into city centre makes it great location to stay for concerts. It is also close to the football stadium. We would stay here again.

Lovely room in a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The gormet burger in the restaurant was amazing as was the .full English breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I'm up for a gig in Wolverhampton.

Beautiful proprietors and staff, all extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous, dining was exceptional, location perfect, directly opposite huge landscaped park, teeming with wildlife, centrally located with transport on your doorstep and easy access to numerous destinations. Unable to find any faults, except maybe staff members could have name tags so as to be more easily identified, apart from that small issue, hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from me

Molineux Visit
A very nice hotel, ideally situated opposite West Park and within walking distance of the city centre and Molineux. The staff were all excellent, and the food was very good. The room was spacious and very clean with a nice view of the park, also very quiet at night.

The whole staff deserve praise, nice to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Buky the receptionist even put Siouxsie's greatest hits on the hotel music system when she found out the reason for our stay. The lady really is a star!

Lovely hotel
I loved this hotel and will certainly book to stay again. The staff were friendly, so accommodating. The accommodation was clean, fresh and cared for. I felt safe as a solo traveller. The little items in the bathroom (soap etc) were a nice touch. The car park is locked overnight, so your car is secure. You enter through a side gate and buzz to get in, so again safe if you return later. Breakfast was made to order - you request it on arrival for the next day.

Best place to stay
My fourth time at this hotel and if I need to be in this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Fabulous service and fabulous food. Amazing place.

Great central hotel
Con eniient small hotel overlooking west park. Based on victorian house but lovley ckean well equipped rooms. 24 hr service, large car park, close to town center. Would recommend.

I just needed a room for the night so I could go to a festival at the nearby park. This hotel was so convenient that I decided, having seen good reviews online, to book a room. I was very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of my small room. It had all I needed plus a wardrobe so if you wanted to stay in Wolverhampton for a few days, say for work, there is space to hang clothes. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom including a shower cap which was handy as I had forgotten to bring one! The staff were really friendly and breakfast was super.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly manager and staff. Super comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and coffee. Very pleasant stay and I look forward to coming back.
