"Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. "Fantastic staff, varied breakfast and good location. The ongoing construction work for hard rock hotel next door was a little disruptive, but the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. "The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day."
