"This was such a beautiful and peaceful property. The staff were amazing and it was a perfect get away from our time in Singapore. Easy to access and just breathe taking. "

"The service in this hotel is excellent and they had satisfied all our requests very quickly with the best service attitude. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early due to a medical emergency in our family. Bayan Tree Bintan staff, helped us to find tickets even though the ferry was fully booked. We went to the ferry terminal anyways in hopes that someone will cancel at the last minute. They even offered to hold the room after checking out if we are unable to get the last ferry. The driver even stayed behind without informing us and only left after confirming that we managed to get the ferry tickets. The Hotels.com and Expedia staff was also very helpful and went out of their way to help us with settling subsequent matters in our time of need."

"While resort and rooms were spotless. Staff were more than polite at all times and couldn't do enough for me. Manager even made a point of going around and welcoming everyone by the pool and breakfast time. Would 100% recommend and I will certainly visit again."

"No shortage of activities or things to do! Room is massive and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Property-wide shuttle and buggy rentals make moving around convenient and free ferry shuttle to and fro the ferry terminal is a massive bonus. Only drawback is that some facilities in their recreational centre seem to be showing their age but everything else is great! Thank you for the enjoyable stay eitherways, no doubt great service :)"
