"Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, very helpful and friendly reception staff as are all staff in this hotel tried the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and really enjoyed the food. Although someway outside of Palma there is an express bus service stop by the hotel, taxi cost us between 25 to 30 Euros."

"I stayed with 2 colleagues for a work trip and we had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had work events. The swimming pool was small but not crowded, so room to swim. Spa was available at an extra charge."

"I read some of the reviews and was worried but actually could not fault it. From check-in to check out everything was great! Yes, the walls are a bit thin but it’s hotel living, so expected some noise. The brunch is amazing - hot breakfast, continental breakfast, fruit, smoothies, great coffee but not great breakfast tea (maybe bring some Tetley tea bags if you are a Tea-Jenny!) I can see that it would get busy in the peak season but for a few days everything was great. Staff in dining room were particularly nice and did not judge if you had a vanilla slice/Danish pastry on the same plate as your eggs and bacon! 😳 250 yards to the beach and, if the sun shone, all you need. The resort is predominately German but we didn’t see any hassle from stag/hen do’s and if you fancy a good night out, Cafe Bar De Zaak had German karaoke which everyone sung along to! La Rosa and bar 1955 were also great choices for either a slow sundowner or a full meal. "

"What a find. Fantastic views, facilities and food. Not fine dining but great variety and the kids will love the buffet style. Two pools and the sea, a spa and gym and a little private beach. We’re coming back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We took advantage of the seafood at every meal. Sea bass, Dorado , colvina , grilled calamar. Deserts ans salads were also fantastic. We stayed for 6 days and drove to different parts of the island and used the hotel as home base. No trip was further than an 1: 15 drive. Parking is 20e per day, water is charged extra, but we went to the shop across the street where is was 1.50 for 1.5 liters. A beautiful sand beach is just a 10 min walk. Will stay again when we return to Mallorca"

"Asked for a twin room and received a room with just one double bed. Arrived to find loads of mosquitos in the room. Pool table present but not free. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly."
