Please contact your booking agent for your refund. We cancelled your reservations with full refund we cannot refund when you book through a third party. Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry for the troubles you experienced during your stay. We did have a storm system move through that unfortunately caused the TV dish to shift and the Wi-Fi to go down. We submitted a ticket for the TV that same day but had to wait for them to dispatch to the property the following Monday for the TV to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was confirmed to be back up the following day, Saturday, Jan 6th. We are truly sorry for the issues that occured but they were not planned and fully controllable. The front desk was informed to tell guest as they check-in and also offer the 10 per night discount + allow an early checkout if needed with possible refund. The refund would be based on the check-out time frame and if the room was fully utilized. We will be applying a discount back to your original method of payment as an accommodation. We do hope you will give us another try in the future as we can assure you this was a one-off situation. Thank you.

Oh no! We are so sorry that someone smoked in the room prior to your check-in. When a guest checks into a room and unfortunately breaks the policy - we do charge them a 200 smoking fee & deep clean the room. I will look into this and see what opportunity we missed before you check-in. As a non-smoking property, we do take this very seriously. In regard to the toilet paper - we do order what is brand standard. However, we will take your feedback into consideration.Please give us another chance in the future. We would love to have you as our guest again!
