"Marius was such an amazing member of staff and a real credit to the Hilton chain. He went over and above in supporting our needs at the hotel. He gave a lovely welcome to us as weary travellers, offered the information we required and even offered a wake up call for our early morning flight. He really is the best member of staff I have ever come across whilst staying at the Hilton hotels. His colleague Drago was also very supportive too. Our room was very clean and was very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't comment on that. The hotel was so convenient for the airport, particularly if you need to be there early. My main comments though are regarding the customer service which actually went beyond expectation. Thank you."

"Very clean room and good location for the airport. Spacious shower, comfy bed. Mini fridge and air con were very handy on a hot May night. Fid not get the chance to use any of the amenities in the reception area and did not have to contact any staff. The only issue I had was that the front door remains unlocked all the time which is a safety concern, especially for a single female travelling alone at night."

"The Ibis Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who need a convenient place to stay before catching an early flight, as it is located just a 3-minute drive from the airport. Parking is available for guests with rental cars, like we had, although there is an additional charge of 20 Lari. Breakfast is served starting at 7 AM, so guests with very early flights may miss the regular breakfast service. However, the hotel thoughtfully provides a small fridge for early travelers, stocked with items such as bananas, muffins, and yogurt just enough for a light snack before heading to the airport. One thing to note is that there are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, so beverages need to be purchased separately. Overall, it’s a nice and practical hotel for a short overnight stay before a flight."
