"Hotel is clean and close to airport but they have a “policy” you can’t leave a bag the evening before your check-in. I had to carry a 20 kg bag on a train and bus with a 2k walk between them because of “policy”. Hotel did nothing wrong but Holiday Inn across the road had no problem with this when ..."
