First time in Sri Lanka. Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere. Friendly, courteous staff who couldn't do enough for us, a superb room with a balcony offering a beautiful beach view. We stayed five nights and didn't bother to eat anywhere else - the food was excellent. We wanted to take the chef home with us. We took long walks along the beaches and spent a lot of time in the wonderful hotel grounds and by the very stylish infinity pool. We want to visit Sri Lanka again soon...

A family business run by Himmel. The property sits right next to Bentota Lagoon. There is a daily shuttle to and from the beach. The accommodation is in a block of two floors. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and a large furnished patio or balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. The rooms are kept very clean by very friendly staff. Great place, great location! beach just 100 meters, pool 50 meters, amazing rooms & great view, great staff ( helped us with early check-in) and always ready to help. Other attractions near by - Bentota river, water sports, great local market 10 minutes walk from hotel for small souvenirs.
