"The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, including a coat and hat rack. The refrigerator was clean, and the heating and AC worked well. My only complaints were the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the room, requiring trips to the breakfast area. The ice machine was also located there, and I had to request an ice bucket from the front desk. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was fine.
The staff was neither especially helpful nor unpleasant. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and were available when needed (like for an ice bucket)."
