"They over charge double the price for guest to visit, even if you get a room for 2 or they aren’t staying. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for any guest, just check them in. One of the staff members also wasn’t being professional by not keeping customer info private."

"This hotel was located in Laureles, a very good and calm area of Medellin. The staff at this hotel were so excellent and the service was superb. Every single request that I made was attended in a timely manner. We had an issue with the AC and the staff quickly made the arrangements so a tech could check it out. When the problem persisted I was quickly moved to a new room. Shoutout to Oscar for being so attentive and kind. Breakfast was good as well."

El restaurante que ubica en la azotea es muy caro, al punto que pienso que fui estafada la primera noche. $90 por 2 aperitivos que estaban frios y 2 cocktails. Muy decepcionante para la primera noche y mas aun cuando comparas con otros lugares alrededor."
