I really don't know where to start with this one. The one star is for the the fact that the location backs up the red sea and we were in a sea-view room with terrace. The view uas very beautiful everyday. Once you turn around from the view though, everything else falls apart from there. The hotel is nothing like the pictures in real life. In fact, if you look at the pictures, then on a scale of 1-10, dial it down 10 points, you still won't get to how horrible this property is. The Property Coming into the hotel, the front lobby, it is very grey and tired, and dirty. It has this smell and always has flies. It is mostly filled with guests waiting to check in. We had to wait in there a few times for our rooms to get cleaned (another issue, and I will come to it). To your right are 2 lifts on one side and a male toilet across from it and a restaurant. We only went into the restaurant once- on our first day at the hotel. The place is so rundown. My son sat on onw of the chairs and it fell apart. There were flies everywhere and the tables were sticky. The food was poorly presented with some staff handling it with their hands. The entire restaurant was disgusting. We had a family room which was spacious. The hotel only cleaned your
