"Mon expérience au Wyndham Microtel Mont-Tremblant s’est globalement bien passée. J’y étais de passage avec mon épouse pour quelques jours. Selon moi, c’est davantage un hôtel familial : parfait pour une famille qui souhaite se retirer à un prix raisonnable. Pour un couple, l’expérience dépend davantage du type de séjour recherché. "Great restaurant on the property. The wait staff was awesome but definitely understaffed. The balcony was under construction, so we couldn’t use it and it blocked the view. That was extremely disappointing as it was the main reason I booked. Hot tub was broken one day. Bed was too soft. The location, the lake, the restaurant were all huge pluses but overall I wouldn’t stay again."

"I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction...
