"Terrible Service, Long Lines everywhere, over sold, over 2 hours to check in then another 2 hours to get the room. Door on my room was broken and nobody fixed it the entire stay. Bugs all over the room and not cleaned adequately. They kept putting 2 towels even though the room was booked for 4. Breakfast room was a disaster with overcrowding and long lines just to get in. Subpar food."
