"O Atendimento da equipe foi ótimo, a limpeza, porem, deixou a desejar no quarto 13 do mezanino, a parte de camas, roupa de cama, travesseiro, foi ótimo...mas, o banheiro extremamente pequeno , no local de banho não havia apoio para sabonete, shampoo e etc..., molha fora do banho. Não fechava os trincos para o banho e no local do vaso sanitário se for uma pessoa muito alta não consegue entrar. A pintura deste espaço tb deixa a desejar. No café da manhã, tinha bolo, pão de forma, torta...

"The staff was great especially Leticia and Karina at the front desk. Breakfast was one of the better ones you will get these days and they did a great job of keeping everything clean during a busy period. The hotel and rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaners. Tchau! :-)"

"No the expected IBIS Standard. Also, it doesn't have the usual small cup of glasses that you could use inside the bedroom. The bedroom is extremely tiny. My suggestion is: I would avoid."

"Excellent service, my first night i had a room near de elevator and the sound was a bit annoying and the next day they changed me with no problem. The breakfast was good and the live music in the bar was great."
