"Great place to stay prior to AM flight out. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.....full breakfast! Shuttle to the airport was on time and ready to go. Front desk guys were very helpful on restaurant recs.
Note: There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Location seems to be industrial..... So dine before arriving or you can Uber out. There is a restaurant in the hotel also."

"Room is outdated. No accessible outlet. We did not have the body wash, had to call for it. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. I forgot his name. "Everything was great. It wasn’t a tourist area, but there were plenty of lovely, authentic restaurants.

"Wir haben fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Sowohl am Empfang als auch im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir jederzeit herzlich und aufmerksam betreut. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag, und wir haben uns sehr über eine herzliche Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels gefreut, die wir an diesem Tag auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Das war eine wirklich schöne Geste....

"Clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The spa and pool were convenient and enjoyable. The front desk manager was pleasant; however, warmer and more welcoming smiles from some of the front desk staff would further enhance the guest experience. The taxi service partnership was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return."

"It’s the little things that matter sometimes.
The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. "An amazing hotel with a very high customer service level, from the very welcoming reception & porter staff at check-in, to the busy & dedicated team at breakfast & the pool/bar area, who went above & beyond to ensure we were throughly spoilt throughout our wonderful 10 day stay at the Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel & Spar. While all the staff members were friendly & efficient, a special thanks must go to Maria who made our stay even more memorable.

"I booked the Avenida Palace for my parents to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday. The hotel gave them a really lovely room and left little treats like natas. They told me the hotel was beautiful and that the breakfast buffet was excellent. I was nervous about them navigating Lisbon on their own but the concierge helped them find good restaurants close by and Fado performances as well as assisting with taxis. Thank you so much to the staff for looking after them so well!"
