酒店員工親切，離BTSAsok站只係五分鐘，方便前往T21商場，附近便利店亦很多，非常方便。 我們共訂了三個房間，其中一間房可能床褥有小動物，令家人身體出現紅點，同酒店職員反映，他們立即與清潔部門聯絡及承諾會將床褥被鋪所有更換。

Stylish boutique hotel, environmentally aware

I picked this hotel because I was looking for "green" hotels for our journey to Thailand. I mean, we're flying across the world which in itself is enough to get a guilty conscience, I didn't want to contribute further to worldwide pollution by using the well known single-use plastic amenities which are offered in basically every hotel. Akyra Sukhumvit claims on their website they are single-use plastic free, and I wasn't disappointed. Bathroom, bins, breakfast, no plastic to be seen. Very well done, guys! And it is proof, if we want to, we can achieve change! But environmental aspects aside, we had a fab stay in the hotel! The service is excellent, breakfast vast with a wide variety of local and western dishes. Adding the rooftop bar and the marvellous view over the skyline on top of everything, when coming back to the hotel and having a drink, after a long day in the busy streets of Bangkok, one can only have a great time here. You've made two travellers very happy indeed!

Amazing

We had an amzing stay,the staff was nice and the service was extremely good. They had vegetarian options for breakfast and the taxi for my airport also arrived early, goes to show how well planned they are.

Extra Bed not value for Money

1. The hotel room was nice & comfortable 2. Extra bed not value for money @ 1500 baht per night with such poor quality mattress and hard. 3. Bathroom was spacious but the table at the basin was way too small and hardly can put all the toiletries around. 4. Hot was pressure was really low & water slow. 5. Hotel location was convenient access to MRT that was the USP. 6. Breakfast choice was limited and capacity is quite small the tables are too near to each other.

We loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Akyra. The breakfast was amazing, staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean and lovely. Only downside was the water got a bit smelly in the bathroom sometimes.

Great boutique hotel

This boutique hotel was outstanding. The room was gorgeous and modern and the service was excellent. My boyfriend and I are vegan and they accommodated us for breakfast, making vegan french toast and pancakes. Overall, a great stay in Bangkok.

Nice, comfy, cossy Luxury Hotel

Hotel is clean, bright, staffs are friendly. Walking distance to family mart and 711, Massage shop. Nice rooftop restaurant with sweet singer live performances, very relax atmosphere. We were staying for bday trip, got free dessert and fruits to us. Nice balcony, relax sofa.. Breakfast is ala carte buffet, main course choose any 2 from the menu. Beverage, bread, fruits, coffee at your convenience. Walking distance bout 1km to Terminal 21. Walking distance bout 1.8km to nice bihun soup shop. Overal all are good. Only this thing regretly not happy is receptionist did not tell us our other room which paid for 4 nights but stayed 2 nights due to cannot refund can be freely upgrade to Suite. Other than that, it's a pleasure stay.

New and nice stylish hotel with reasonable price

Everything in the hotel is good and it’s good that it’s a green hotel, feeling environment friendly. Great breakfast, very impressive French toast. We enjoyed the stay with excellent service provided by all staff in the hotel we met. 3 areas for improvement are : the lights in hotel room are not enough, swimming pool was closed and the bad smell right outside the hotel.

Weit unter der beworben Klasse!

Der Pool war einfach geschlossen, als Alternative hätte man in ein anderes Hotel können. Dazu war ein langer und umständlicher Transfer nötig, dem Hotel war es relativ egal. Dazu war die Bettwäsche sehr dreckig und es befanden sich Haare darin. Als wir darauf bestanden haben dass wir neue Bettwäsche bekommen wurde nicht alles gewechselt und es war nach wie vor dreckig. Auch beim Frühstück im Restaurant läuft nichts zusammen. Man muss sagen, dass das Hotel an sich in einem guten Zustand ist, Sauberkeit und Service jedoch max. 2 Sterne entspricht - also sehr weit weg von der angegeben Klasse. Sieht man dazu noch den Preis können wir das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen!

此次住宿大致上都是良好的，唯獨是美中不足的是他的玻璃泳池在我入住的時間來維修中，故未能享用此設施。但值得一讚的是他們的服務十分之好除幫忙搬運行李外亦都很細心聆聽，加上該酒店每朝的早餐均10分精美，下次都會推薦再次幫襯。

1、建築物小，電梯小，所有的一切都小，你要說是精緻也可以 2、入住時無任何員工幫你提行李 3、入住二晚junior suite，原以為它給錯房，但後來發現是有二種不同設計，如果您也考慮這間房，請務必確認廁所是獨立浴缸與淋浴要分開，我住的那間805它的廁所與淋浴是一起的，而且花灑的水會隨著浴缸旁的黑色石頭邊框流到地板，這個設計太差了，最後我不得不蹲在浴缸中洗澡，感覺非常不好 4、隔音很差，隔壁住了一個家庭，小孩的吵鬧聲及大人的講話我聽得一清二楚，再加上飯店附近的酒吧音樂聲一直到半夜一點過後都還很大聲，吵得不能睡覺 5、它的早餐還不錯，但也就這個優點了 結論：它的價格完全不符合五星級飯店該有的水準，設施也不像是2018年才開幕的，所有的東西都舊舊的，如果是同樣價格，還有其它更好的選擇，我絕不會建議朋友家人來這裡入住

房間整潔，奈何同相片中有出入。 不知道是床鋪使用了高濃度的清潔劑清洗、還是房間的清潔問題，令我皮膚異常敏感及痕癢，無法入睡。。（平時沒有皮膚過敏的問題） 房價不便宜，不值得 不會再入住此酒店，亦不推薦
