"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"

"We stayed at the sands for 7 nights and could not fault it. The property is clean and it was always being maintained without it impacting our stay. The housekeeping service was great and they did a wonderful job. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety of food to choose from and parts of it was different everyday which was great. We mainly stayed at the family friendly pool with the slides and lazy river and our kids loved the variety of things to do. It did get a lot busier after our first couple of days however there was still enough space for everyone. The cocktails at the bar were great and reasonably priced. The lunch time menu was delicious and convenient if you wanted to spend the day by the pool. We had outside massages by the beach and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We have been recommending the sands to all of our friends since returning and we cannot wait to go back ourselves."

"This place was so beautiful. The beach was just magical. The Thai food at the restaurant next door was amazing. You must get massage next to the beach while listening to the ocean. The only complaint is that I ordered the floating breakfast and it began to rain. Instead of them preparing me a new meal, they brought me the stale food that had been waiting for the rain to end. It was a total waste of money. Aside from that, I loved every bit of my stay."
