"Check-in was very slow and no air conditioning in the reception area while you wait for someone to turn up.
No-one spoke to me in 4 days, no room cleaned, no drinking water after day one.
Very noisy from the street.
The location was good for what I wanted to do and there is free parking available. I chose this place because it’s pet-friendly. The room size was good enough and the bed is comfortable however guests should be able to have the lighting how they want it rather than 2 or 3 small dim...

"Avani Ratchada is my favorite hotel when I’m in Bangkok. The MRT station is right nearby, and it’s super easy to hop on the BTS train to explore the city. Plus, the staff are always so helpful, no matter what time of day it is."
