"Tried for weeks to get a hold of Onomo to organize my arrival airport pick up. They do not answer their phone, Whatsapp, email or Expedia chat message. Even my tour guide couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Very frustrating."

"Le personnel est très gentil et serviable - toujours disponible et prêts à aider. L'emplacement est merveilleux. Les chambres sont un peu délabrées.... l'électricité a besoin d'être refaite à neuf et les chambres repeintes. C'est un endroit très reposant."
