"Staff was 10/10 especially Valentina who was so warm, welcoming, and had great tips for what to do in the area. The perfect foot to start our trip off on. The rooms and building are beautifully furnished and there is access to the river just a few feet away from the property with the most stunning views. Definitely got us excited for our first day in Torres del Paine!"

"This hotel is stunning. The staff were so helpful upon check in and also in advance. We managed to organize horse riding with The Massif even though we only had the one night there.
They had a free seafood dish on offer which was yummy and we also dined in the restaurant, food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best we’ve had in Chile. Views are unmatched, the extra large windows make the most of this. Rooms were incredibly clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the added bonus of the sauna and swimming pool. Really cant complain! It’s was a fabulous stay for our last night in Torres Del Paine! "

"Staff were welcoming, and it’s a wonderful setting. We loved the communal lounge areas, these were perfect to relax in after a long day hiking. Log fires were an added bonus!
Buffet was so much better than expected, as pescatarians we felt there was plenty for us. Lots of variety as well. "

"The staff were wonderful. The food was very good and generous. The beds were really comfortable!! I was a bit disappointed about two things for a "camping" experience. I was kept awake one night by the generator running continuously. Secondly, for an area of the world that is known for it's dark sky and star-gazing, I was really disappointed that there were so many lights on in the main tent and also the surrounding lodges. Also, the beer seemed ridiculously expensive!"
