"The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. "

"Riomaggiore is a lovely spot and this apartment is a mere 50 stairs up, which in a city of lots of climbing means it is a very convenient location. We were greeted nicely and communication for check-in was excellent, even though we arrived later than planned. "I have got the room 114 at first floor. It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."
