"This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel. "Great location across from the train station and easily walkable to the Duomo, restaurants, cafe’s, shopping, etc. I have stayed here three or four times and the staff are wonderful and I see the same staff year after year which says a lot.
