Good surprise

I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place.

Super nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Essen am Abend war richtig gut. Vor dem Hotel ist eine E- Ladestation. Leider nur mit 11 KW dafür mit 49 ct. pro KWh ist super und da wir die einzigen waren sind auch 11 KW nicht so das Problem. Kleines Manko : Das Hotel verlangt für Kreditkarten Zahlung 3% Gebühren und meine Hotel Gift Karte von Expedia wurde nicht akzeptiert. Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

statt des über Internet bestellten und bestätigten 2-Bettzimmers wurden wir in ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett eingewiesen und als Ersatz bekamen wir ei 1-Bettzimmer mit 2 Deckbetten. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Wir sind über 80 Jahre alt und würden unter diesen Bedingungen nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Zimmer sauber u geschmackvoll. Bad recht klein, aber damit kann man umgehen. Frühstück war auch reichlich u vielfältig. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung.

Ein sehr uriges, gemütliches Gasthaus mit freundlichen Personal und qualitativ guter Küche. Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Im Winter, bei starken Schneefall, dürfte es mit einem regulären Pkw nicht so einfach sein, das Berghotel zu erreichen, auf Grund der Steigung und dementsprechend schwieriger Traktionsverhältnisse. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Für Menschen mit Behinderung ist dieses Hotel nur Bedingt zu empfehlen. Kein Fahrstuhl, Treppengeländer wackelt und die Treppe ist schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach. Esenn ist top. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. In die Betten kam man nur über das Fußende. Wenn etwas vom Bett fällt ( an der Heizung) hat man kaum die Möglichkeit es wieder zu finden. Die Betten sind fest verschraubt und man muss sie auseinander nehmen lassen. Davon abgesehen ist der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm....
