Don't book this hotel!

Don’t book this hotel. I booked this hotel for a business trip, no problem there. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel was closed and nobody was there. There was a note with a number on the door, that I have called multiple times without an answer……….. After waiting for an hour, I was forced to book annother hotel. Afterwards I contacted Hotels.com and explained the situation to them. They wanted to verify the story with the owner from the hotel, the owner verified the hotel was open ?!?!?!? So I didn’t get my money back……………………. Very bad service from the hotel and Hotels.com.

Keine Rezeption.

Günstiges Hotel in Bad Schlema

Ok men slidt

Selve tjeck in var lidt alternativ.
