The Spa/Swimming areas are amazing. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Dinner food ok. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are dated and poorly furnished. Nice area.

Ich kann nichts anderes als meine große Bewunderung für dieses Hotel und sein gesamtes Team ausdrücken! Jeder einzelne Tag unseres Aufenthalts war für meinen Mann und mich ein absoluter Genuss. Die gesamte Anlage ist makellos sauber und hervorragend gepflegt. Kaum hatte man einen Wunsch geäußert, wurde er auch schon erfüllt – ein Service, der seinesgleichen sucht. Das Spa ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum vollkommenen Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Romildo und Nico, die mit ihren Aufgüssen nicht nur für Erholung, sondern auch für gute Laune gesorgt haben. Mit viel Witz und Charme haben sie uns immer wieder zum Lachen gebracht. Die Schweißzulage hätte Romildo definitiv verdient 😂 Die Herzlichkeit im gesamten Haus ist einfach außergewöhnlich – man spürt sie sofort, sobald man ankommt. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sodass man am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen möchte. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, und sowohl das Frühstück als auch das mehrgängige Abendmenü waren auf höchstem Niveau und ließen keinerlei Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an Micha an der Bar, der mit seinem Humor und seinen kreativen, selbst kreierten Cocktails begeistert hat – einfach großartig! Das Ortners hat seine fünf Sterne mehr als verdient. Wir kommen mit großer Freude wieder – Sie haben definitiv neue Stammgäste gewonnen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Schönes Hotel

Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel und vor allem der Wellnessbereich sind wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Saunameister, die Aufgüsse sind abwechslungsreich und man hat echt das Gefühl, dass der Gast Ihnen wichtig ist (ACDC bei dem Birkenaufguss👍). Die Kellner sind bemüht aber der Service ist noch ausbaufähig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung für eine kurze Auszeit.
