"We stayed at Dar Seven for our final night in Morocco. We booked the Loggia Suite, paying a premium specifically for the in-room bath, which was a key reason for our reservation. Unfortunately, the hot water in our room did not work that evening, making the bath completely unusable.
To their credit, the on-site staff were courteous and made efforts to troubleshoot the issue for over 30 minutes. Late in the evening, we requested access to another room so we could shower, which they accommodated...

"Le Riad est juste incroyable, très propre, le personnel est tellement accueillant, chaleureux, à l’écoute, ils font tous pour que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible.
Le service est irréprochable, la nourriture incroyable, les chambres sont parfaites, le rooftop avec piscine est très chou et on a passé un super moment au spa !

"The staff was so accommodating, genuine, helpful, I can go on and on. The room was beautiful and spotless! I highly suggest having lunch at the ryad at least once, great Moroccan food. We will never forget our experience in Marrakech and a lot of that has to do with our stay at Riad Dyor! "

"The Riad was clean and comforting. The front desk was helpful upon checking, giving us tips and pricing guides when shopping. The Riad’s location is a plus. We were able to walk to souks, restaurants and all the popular landmarks! I would recommend this Riad to anyone looking to spend a few days in Marrakech. Decor has been curated to fit the Riad really nicely. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, but I definitely recommend anyone who is planning on staying. Daily Moroccan style...

"Wir hatten wundervolle 3 Nächte mit Frühstück in einem sehr liebevoll und nachhaltig geführten Riad am Rand der Medina. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin. Die Besitzer gestalten den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt, geben wertvolle Tips zu Restaurants die 100 Prozent der Empfehlung entsprechen. Die Betten haben sehr guten Liegekomfort. "Staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good.
Everything else was a disaster!!!
1. Place was in a dark alley and very difficult to find.
2. Room was not clean and smelled.
3. Door did not shut properly.
4. Outlets didn't work.
5. Only an electric heater in the room.
6. Rug was filthy.
7. Tiles under the rug were broken.
8. Bathroom was horrendous. The shower water splashed everywhere. No curtains.It was VERY cold!

"Room was refreshed daily, some of the linen and towels either had holes/marks but not major issues. Good location but note that taxis and cars cannot access it down the small roads. It's a 3 min walk from the school. The breakfast was nice and offered a selection. It's not a buffet you get what is on offer but it's always well made. Staff were super friendly, reception was sometimes empty and staff spent time in one of the coves but had no impact on my visit."
