"This resort was amazing. Probably my all time favorite. The service is great and the rooms are huge and well appointed with a water feature in the bathroom. It’s small enough to quickly get around yet has everything you need. "

"No idea how this hotel got a 9.2 rating other than how centrally located it is in the old city. First room was musty and had no windows, paid 500 baht a night on site for upgrade, the next room was better but bed was like sleeping on sheet of plywood. I prepaid 2 night but only stayed for 1. There isn’t anything truly wrong with the hotel but it wasn’t for me, for the price it is what it is. Cost me more than double to move hotels but for my personal comfort it was worth it. I felt the rating it has on Expedia isn’t accurate. I spend a lot of time in hotels, it has to be exceptional to be a 9.2. The staff were nice though and tried to Accommodate us. My friend stayed 2 more nights."

"The pool was not as pictured, looked to be part of the deck under construction. Advertising Spa but no massage. Seems to be lack of employees. Okay for a quick night stay "
