"Very comfortable, clean room. We had a large balcony ocean view room, but the sunbed on the balcony could have used some sort of cover as when the sun comes around in the afternoon, it was fully exposed and much too hot to sit outside. The food in their restaurants was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly"

I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate.
