"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"We stay at wonderful properties. This one was the best. It is not 100% necessary, but it helps if you speak some French. Let me just say, Wow! The property is beautifully decorated. We may even be renovating our house when we get home. If this property ever goes up for sale, my wife and I will really try to buy it with some investors. "

"Charming room and a lovely garden with a small pool. A very nice living room area with plenty of books , magazines and games. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 24/7 access to teas, coffees, water and juices. They had a lovely breakfast for us with fresh breads and pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt. Jean Luc was a gracious host. He even arranged a taxi for us upon departure. Highly recommend. "

The property is located at the old shateau with lost of interesting and charming details. The homemade breakfast every morning was fantastic; beautiful backyard with sequoias and lamas! Quiet yet walkable to the city and major landmarks. "

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "Great location. Unfortunately there is no elevator and our room was up 3 flights of stairs with luggage a challenge. Breakfast was great with Nespresso coffee. Easy to walk entire Avignon sites. Frederick gave us excellent info on what to see and where to eat. Charming Boutique hotel although the streets cape next to a Tattoo parlour was a bit off putting .
