As my older son said this hotel has the best view from the gym and running track that you could even imagine. Special kudos to front desk staff. Professional, courteous and lovely "

"Having been to many other Marriott/ Sheraton hotels before: This was by far the best experience we ever had. Whereas I consider clean facilities, comprehensive breakfast etc standard in this category, it was the staff that really made the difference. EVERYONE we met was exceptional friendly and supportive and willing "to go the extra mile" to satisfy the customer. The bartender "smelling" when the next drink is requested, the receptionist giving helpful hints and opening the Panorama deck...

"So ein hübsches Hotel 😀 - eine Perle. Ein alter Palast, stilvoll und komfortabel zum Hotel umfunktioniert. Alt und neu harmoniert hier perfekt. Es stört auch nicht weiter, wenn man etwas Fluglärm hört - ein alter Palast kann einfach nicht so gebaut sein wie eine moderne Bettenburg. Das Frühstück ist fein und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gibt viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser und Portwein in der Lobby oder eine sehr leckere Pastel de Nata auf dem Zimmer. Wirklich alle sind total nett und...

"Breakfast included option was very rewarding and an excellent choice. Although the hotel was close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes noise at night time. The rooms were kept clean each day. the staff was great. Areas of improvement : - Parking in house for 22 euro was a bit much. You can park after 9 pm in the streets for free. "
