"The hotel, is good overall. It is a place where you can relax, eat, get pampered and shop! The following two areas need attention to make it perfect. 1. The open event area just on the side of the reception got very loud on one of the nights That I was at the hotel. My room was on level 3 and i could not get any sleep due to the loud noise. I had to call the reception to get the noise down. 2. Checking in the afternoon of 17 July 2026 was slow probably because the guest who was in the line before me had a lot of questions, and the reception was serviced by a single staff member. Overall, it is a very good hotel with all the 5-star facilities and a shopping mall just next door. SJ, New Zealand"

The staff are excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The other services such as the restaurant, room service, laundry and concierge are all excellent. "We had an amazing stay at this beach hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely be back the next time we visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront stay with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere."

"Very clean Amazing, helpful staff. Great views of the city and the ocean. Breakfast buffet has many options but same items everyday. Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard our jet lagged, very loud guests nextdoor every night ,at 3am and 4am … Also nearby concerts every night with loud music which lasted until midnight ."
