"Such a cute motel. I especially liked the pool. All of the staff I encountered were lovely. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was happy to share things to do in Austin and how to get around. There was also a drag show one afternoon, and the queens came to the pool afterwards to socialize!"

"Went with a group of 17 women, they overbooked and did not have the rooms we paid for. At check-in I was given a key to a room and entered to find a man already occupying this room. There staff had a clear lack of management which resulted in some of our party having to switch to different rooms each night of our trip (3 nights), they took all my friend’s belongings out of her room and said they had to give the room to another guest and she could stay on a portable bed in one of our rooms instead. This was their only option! The staff was rude and showed zero accountability. The event planner on site is beyond unprofessional."
