"Jim went over and beyond for us. His service and smile are outstanding. He definitely is a reason to return!"

"The room was spacious and included a small kitchenette, which was a nice feature. The hotel was generally clean and well maintained, although I did find a hair in the shower. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning. The location is a bit off the beaten path. You'll likely need to drive to most places, even areas that appear relatively close on the map. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel that tended to attract a less desirable crowd at times. The hotel has great energy and design in the lobby and common areas, though that atmosphere doesn't carry through quite as strongly into the guest rooms. Overall, it was a good stay and offered good value. It was too cold during our visit to use the pool, so I can't comment on that amenity."

"We loved the cleanliness of the property. The inside is beautiful, and loved how it was decorated! The only drawback is that it’s very loud from traffic and outside noise even though it’s in a quiet area. You can hear everything outside all night. It seems like something isn’t insulated with windows or walls. We had to use the earplugs they provide in hotel to drown out some of the sound, and even then you can hear every car. We were bummed about that, and we wish the hot tub was heated for guests. They don’t keep it heated."

"The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us from a queen room to a king. We were asked if we would prefer a higher or lower floor and we said higher and they put us on the 13th which was great. The valet was quick which was a plus as well but $60 a night for parking is a little egregious. The only other negative to consider is the pool really isn’t all that great. It’s quite small with limited seating. But the pool bar is nice and the servers were great! Overall it was a good stay!"
