"Clean and comfortable. We booked the cheapest studio which was in the old motel block - great value for the money we paid. Downside was that the door didn't quite fit properly and the soundproofing wasn't brilliant as we could clearly hear conversations next door. That wouldn't stop us staying again ..."

"Always stay here when attending spark arena as in good walking distance. But when returned from concert all the doors to get to the lift were locked so had to find stairs to be able to get back to our room! Should have a key swipe to get back in for the elevator. Not good if you struggle with stairs. ..."
