"Elevators could be more frequent and spacious especially during checkout times. Waiting 30 minutes for one elevator out of six is too long. Had to use the service elevator just to reach the lobby."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the use of the sky bridges that connected the hotels. However our bathroom left a lot to be desired and had no exhaust fan. Also, the hotel had 8 elevators; and all were so slow. We waited on average more than 10 minutes for a lift. ..."
