"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the use of the sky bridges that connected the hotels. However our bathroom left a lot to be desired and had no exhaust fan. Also, the hotel had 8 elevators; and all were so slow. We waited on average more than 10 minutes for a lift. ..."
